These terms govern your use of the Auralith Dynamics website and any engagement you enter with the studio. Auralith Dynamics is a graphic design and visual identity studio. By using the site or requesting an engagement you accept these terms. Read them with the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Intellectual Property and Licensing Policy, which form part of the same agreement.

01Who we are

Auralith Dynamics is a graphic design and visual identity studio, established in 2026 and based in Lexington, Kentucky. We provide visual identity composition, marketing and presentation design, graphic layout, and brand style documentation.

Where these terms say we or us, they mean Auralith Dynamics. Where they say you, they mean the person or business using the site or engaging the studio.

02Scope of our services

Our work is creative and design-focused. It is important to be clear about what falls outside that scope.

  • We provide visual identity, presentation and marketing design, layout, and brand style documentation.
  • We do not provide advertising placement or media buying.
  • We do not provide software development or printing services.
  • We do not provide trademark registration or other regulated professional activities.

Where a project touches an area outside our scope, such as printing or legal registration, you arrange that separately with an appropriate provider, and we hand over files prepared for it.

03Using this site

You may browse the site, read the material on it and submit genuine enquiries. The site, its text, imagery, layout and code belong to us or are used with permission.

  • Do not copy substantial parts of the site's content, design or code for use elsewhere.
  • Do not use automated tools to scrape or replicate the site.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site or bypass its security.
  • Do not submit false enquiries or send them in bulk.

We may refuse service or restrict access where any of the above occurs.

04Enquiries and proposals

Opening a service and sending a request is an enquiry, not a confirmed engagement. It does not reserve studio time or create a binding agreement by itself.

After an enquiry we reply, discuss scope, and where it fits we prepare a written proposal setting out the deliverables, timeline and price. An engagement begins only when that proposal is accepted and any agreed deposit is paid.

05Prices and proposals

The prices shown on the site are starting points in United States dollars and indicate where an engagement typically begins. The price for your project is confirmed in the written proposal once scope is agreed.

A proposal is valid for the period stated in it. Changes to scope after acceptance are handled as described in the section on changes below, and how payments and cancellations work is set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

06Your responsibilities

Good design work depends on a working partnership. For a project to run smoothly, a few things rest with you.

  • Provide accurate briefing information and the materials we need to start.
  • Give timely feedback at each review stage so the schedule holds.
  • Ensure any content, text or assets you supply are yours to use.
  • Nominate someone empowered to approve work on your side.

Where a project stalls because briefing or feedback is outstanding, the timeline moves accordingly, and we are not responsible for delays caused this way.

07Changes to scope

Projects evolve, and new requests are welcome. Work materially beyond the agreed scope, including additional deliverables or repeated rounds of revision past those included, is quoted and agreed before it proceeds.

This keeps timelines and costs transparent: the agreed scope is delivered for the agreed price, and genuinely new work is treated as new work rather than absorbed silently.

08Intellectual property

Ownership of the work, the rights you receive on final payment, and the studio's right to show completed work are governed by the Intellectual Property and Licensing Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, rights in final deliverables transfer to you once the project is paid in full.

09Our responsibility

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill and to a professional standard. Design involves subjective judgement, and we cannot guarantee a particular commercial result from the work.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You are responsible for final approval before materials are published or sent to print. Once you approve a deliverable, responsibility for that approved content passes to you.

10Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a fault at the hosting provider or elsewhere. We may change, restructure or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Before starting proceedings, both sides agree to raise the concern in writing and attempt to resolve it directly. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue in force.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the studio's practice develops. The date at the top of the page records when the current version took effect, and continued use of the site after that date indicates acceptance. The version in force when a proposal is accepted governs that engagement.
