Contact Us
How to reach the studio, what to include in an enquiry, and what happens after you get in touch.
This page explains how to reach Auralith Dynamics and what to expect once you do. We are a graphic design and visual identity studio working with clients remotely from Lexington, Kentucky. The fastest way to begin is the contact section on the main page; the notes below explain how enquiries are handled.
01How to reach us
The most direct way to contact the studio is the contact section on the home page, where a short form lets you describe your project and send it to us. You can also open any service and send a request from inside it.
Every enquiry reaches the same place and is read by the studio. You do not need a detailed brief to get in touch; a few lines about the brand and what you need is enough to start a conversation.
02What to include
The more context you can share, the faster we can give you a useful reply. Where you can, tell us:
- The brand or business, and what it does.
- What you need to make, such as an identity, a deck, or a set of materials.
- Any timeline or deadline you are working to.
- A rough budget range, so we can suggest the right engagement.
None of this is required to make first contact, but it helps us point you to the right service and prepare a more specific response.
03What happens next
After you get in touch we reply within one business day. We will ask any questions we need, discuss scope, and where it fits prepare a short written proposal setting out deliverables, timeline and price.
There is no obligation at the enquiry stage. A proposal is an outline for you to consider, and an engagement begins only once it is accepted.
04Response times
Enquiries are answered within one business day, Monday to Friday. Messages sent over a weekend or public holiday are answered on the next business day.
If you have not heard from us within two business days, it is worth checking your spam folder before assuming the message did not arrive, since automated replies occasionally land there.
05Working with us remotely
The studio works with clients across the United States and beyond, and most engagements run remotely through video calls and shared files. In-person meetings at the Lexington studio are by appointment.
Remote working does not change the level of collaboration; reviews and approvals happen at each stage exactly as they would in person.
